On The Hunt

A young leopard is passing our jeep. He is ready and already focused for the next hunt.

Looking for prey

A leopard in the #olareorokconservancy is looking for prey. We found him during our evening game drive with our fantastic guide @letaidan what a beautiful and powerful animal. So impressive to see this predator in the wild.

Up in the tree

Leopards are extremly good tree climbers. They are able to climb up to 50 ft. (15m). After they made a kill usually they dragging it up in the tree to protect it from other predators and scavangers.

Splitnose

Today we found the most famous leopard of the Masai Mara. Splitnose. He got his name, because of a scar on his nose. The scar is a result of a territorial fight with another male leopard. He is an extreme beautiful, powerful and strong leopard. This was an extraordinary sighting.
