Silas Cubs

On our first game drive we found a cheetah, her name is Sila, with her two cubs. These cubs are approximately three month old. They were found by the guides for the first time just a week ago. This is pure cuteness. 

Note: After we came back home I read that one of them was killed by a lioness. This is so unfortunate, because the cheetah population is really low and we need as many cubs to survive to grow them back. They survival rate of a cubs in the wild is only by 60%.

These cheetah cubs are approximately eight month old. They are already big, but still young. They had a lot of fun playing around like tennagers. It was so much fun to watch.

Cuddle Time

Sila and her cub enjoying some cuddle time. Cheetah cubs need the same attention as our own kids. Some things everywhere the same.

Hunting Lesson

The cheetah mom teaches her three cubs a hunting lesson. A couple of minutes later they started to chase an Impala. Such an incredible sighting of a beautiful animal and there natural behavior.
